The Wardens and Vestry
are members of our parish
elected by the church
membership. The Officers
(the Clerk and Treasurer)
are elected by the Vestry
to serve a particular
function on behalf of
the parish, and have
voice but no vote at
Vestry meetings.
The Wardens and other
officers share in leading
the parish and Vestry.
The Wardens have additional
responsibilities for
administrative governance
when a parish is in
an interim period and
without a Rector.

Vestry
The Vestry is the governing
board of the church.
It consists of the Rector,
the Wardens, and 12
members of our parish
elected by the church
membership. The Vestry
is particularly responsible
for the care of church
finances and buildings.
The lay members of the
Vestry and the Rector
work in tandem to create
a vision and oversee
the church's activity
and welfare.
